 Irene is a Clinical Psychologist educated in Denmark. She is a Relationship Specialist (American Psychotherapy Association) and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor in Florida.

  •  Irene H. Savarese has received advanced training in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy:  “Achieving Clinical Excellence with Difficult Couples” by Ellyn Bader Ph.D. from the Couples Institute.
  • She is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Florida and Certified Relationship Specialist by The American Psychotherapy Association. She help couples, individuals and families with their relationship issues. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
  • Irene has a master degree in psychology from Copenhagen University in Denmark (Cand.Psych). She is a authorized Clinical Psychologist by The Danish State (Psykolog Naevnet) and The Danish Psychological Association (Dansk Psykolog Forening).

  1. I really appreciate your blog and think that you have some wonderful points to make about being in a relationship. I usually try to tell my clients that first and foremost: remember the original love that got you into this relationship. And when navigating difficult communication, try to remember that love and lead from there. There’s a fantastic book called “Passionate Marriage by David Scharnch which I highly recommend.     i do have a suggestion that you put an “email button” (?) directly to you at the top of sidebar.
    i had patients call me saying they were confused about the comment area on my blog and didnt want to saying anything personal thinking or request appointment thinking it would get published. One other problem I had trouble getting a direct link to your web page
    I am lazy person and would just like to click on the word the web site
